Please join us in welcoming Todd Jennings to Lakeland! Greetings! I am Todd Jennings and I am the 7th, 8th, and 9th grade Social Studies Teacher, including Geography and American History. My wife and I live in Tightwad. I have been a Social Studies Teacher since 2014 and I have taught and coached football and basketball in Jefferson City, Chillicothe, Slater, and now I am excited to be here at Lakeland!

Please join us in welcoming Tamara Hacker to Lakeland! Hi! My name is Tamara Hacker and yes, I am the proud mum of Miss Heather Slaven (Lakeland Middle School-English teacher). I am the new middle school Science teacher and I am super excited to be here! Along with Spike and Sassy (our 7th, 8th, and 9th grade mascots) we are going to create new experiments in the lab, asking questions, gathering information, making a hypothesis, as we observe, record and share our results with all of you. I am all about positive thinking; it is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results. A student with positive thinking mentality anticipates happiness, health and success, and believes that he or she can overcome any obstacle and difficulty. I will be graduating in December of this year with a Master's in Education from the University of Central Missouri. I am very compassionate about Ecology and our environment. I have 5 children, 6 grand children, 3 dogs, 2 birds and no partridge in a pear tree. Looking forward to meeting everyone and starting new adventures!
