Members of the Future Teachers Association (FTA) attended the Future Teacher Academy yesterday in Warrensburg on the UCM campus. This event brings students together for multiple districts to learn about the steps it takes to become a teacher. There are also sessions designed and led by the university faculty. The students stay with their school group while they complete challenges and round table discussions. The day ends with a keynote speaker.
