Hi, my name is Melinda Harper. I’ll be teaching 2nd grade. I have lived in Lowry City almost my whole life. I graduated from Lakeland in 2014. I am so excited to be working at the school where I grew up. This will be my first year teaching.
I have been married to my husband, Johnny, for 8 years. We have two wonderful children, Melony 4 and Johnny 1. I love spending time with my family, hiking, and anything outdoors.
I have always wanted to be a teacher growing up. Mrs. Nepple was one of my teachers that inspired me to always do my best. Now, I am taking over her old classroom in the 2nd Grade.
I can’t wait to meet my students and grow with them this school year!
